Bounced View

In this section, you will find all the lines that have been bounced and are ready for download. You can download each line individually by selecting the Download_Line button.

Alternatively, you can download a chosen set of lines by clicking on Actions and then choosing Download Selected Lines, or opt to download all bounced lines simultaneously by clicking on Actions and then selecting Download All Bounced Lines.

A ZIP file will be created with the following naming convention: "ProjectName_BatchName_LanguageCode". You'll then receive the following message:

Download_Message

Click on the Download_Arrow button to download the ZIP file, which includes:

  • The as-recorded script in Excel format, featuring one column with as-recorded script containing SSML tags and another without SSML tags.
  • A folder named "audios" containing the target audio files.

Rework a Bounced Line

If needed, you can easily rework a bounced line. Simply click on the Rework_Line button located at the far right-hand side of the line that requires rework.

The following confirmation message will appear to clarify that bouncing a line again will result in additional charges.

Rework_Line_Confirmation

The line will be moved to the Ingested section and labeled as Rework. It's important to note that all changes made up to that point will be retained.

Line_Labeled_as_Rework

You can rework that line and make all necessary changes, then approve and bounced it, following the standard line workflow. The line will be labeled as Reworked under the Approved view.

Line_Labeled_as_Reworked

After bouncing, the line will be moved to the Bounced view and will still be labeled as Reworked. To show the history of that line, you can select the line and click on Actions, Show line history. For each line that has at least one Reworked version, you can see all versions of that line and select again any of the previously bounced lines, as shown in the screenshot below.
